To cancel a reservation, please find the reservation you want to cancel by going to "My Stays" on your Extended Perks account page or by clicking here to find your reservation. Once you find the reservation you want to cancel, select "Cancel" and then "Yes" to confirm your cancellation. To cancel an AP or EPP reservation, please call the hotel directly.
Travel Agent Commission 10% commission is paid for up to the first seven (7) nights only. Commission is paid within 30 days of the date of room consumption. Contact the General Manager at the property for commission issues.
Pet Policy
Pets are always welcome at Extended Stay America. A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. This fee includes visiting pets. This fee is to cover the cost of cleaning and fumigating the guest room. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches. Undeclared pets will be charged $200 in addition to the applicable pet fees. Larger animals or more than two pets requires property manager’s approval. Please contact the property for questions. Pet fee is subject to change.

Housekeeping Service* Our promise is to provide you with a fresh, clean room. We also take our commitment to the environment very seriously and strive to freshen up without wasting our natural resources unnecessarily. Towards this common goal, housekeeping services are scheduled based on the number of nights you will be staying with us. Additional full or refresh services are available as outlined below.

Refresh Service: You may purchase a Refresh Service for $5 per service. Refresh service includes: replacing soiled towels, emptying trash, making bed with existing linens, and replenishing soap and toilet paper if needed.
*Dishes are not washed during any housekeeping service. Some services may be limited based on location and brand; please talk to the front desk for more details.
Check In / Check Out Check-in time for arriving guests begins at 3 p.m. Check-out time for departing guests is 11 a.m.
For guests staying fewer than 7 nights, a valid credit card is required for payment.
I travel frequently for work, owning an emergency tree service, and Extended Stay America in the Maitland/Orlando area is always my first choice. Michelle, one of the staff members, is truly the most courteous and kind-hearted person I have ever met. She goes above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome, and her hospitality makes it feel just like home.
Every time I need a place for my crew and myself, I know I can count on Michelle and the rest of the amazing staff. They are the main reason we keep coming back. Not to mention, the rooms are spotless, equipped with a mini kitchen and a full-size fridge, which is perfect for extended stays.

My stay here has been amazing. At first the ac wasn’t working well but once I notified staff it got fixed in a timely fashion. Since then I have had no problems with staff, other people, or my room. They respect your space and room. At one point, I saw a roach or 2 but once I told the maintenance guy he said he would get on it and I haven’t seen anymore since. Appliances work well and grateful to say they have an oven with 4 smaller burners. Making meals has been a breeze. Thank you for making a young family’s transition an easy one.

From my own personal experience being here five months going on six months this hotel I love it. The employees here is like family. They treat you like they were treat their family. They’re always here to help. If you have a question if they got the answer, they get it if not, they try to figure it out. They’re not just gonna leave you hanging if it’s a way that they can fix the problem they will on the other hand the front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and adjournment manager are awesome people. I never had a problem with none of them. I look at them as my extended stay family if I need something they’re there if I have a question about something, dear there to give me advice on it or which way to go or give me an answer Like I say I would recommend this hotel to anybody that’s looking for somewhere to stay. It’s quiet most people say is you never know but honestly, I didn’t know this hotel was by here. It’s so quiet. I mean we have a pool. We have a grill out by the pool I mean, what else could you ask for Nothing that’s what I say. This is the best hotel ever with them for six months and then have no problems room was always nice when I got here and like I said this is like my extended family and I will change it for nothing. I don’t care what nobody says about this hotel how bad they talk about this, but in my opinion, just nothing wrong with this hotel at all.

The staff was lovely, unfortunately I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
Fitness area really stunk. There was nothing to clean the machines after you used them. They also only had a recombinant bike, an elliptical, and a treadmill.
Seems to primarily be longer term residents.
The area felt unsafe, police were at the hotel while I was there after a call in was made and it was loud. Rooms were enough but the hotel has a pest problem.
Saw multiple Oriental cockroaches during my stay. I should have just checked out when I saw the roach dust in the cupboard but was too tired after my day travelling for work.
I truly hope this hotel is able to deal with some of its issues. The staff was lovely and kind but this just isn't the type of place I want to stay.
Will be leaving my luggage brought with me on this trip on my balcony when I get home to prevent bringing home any hitchhikers...
