Can I extend my stay if my plans change?
Yes, one of the biggest advantages of staying at Extended Stay America is flexibility. If your plans change, you can often extend your stay directly with the hotel, based on availability. Some exclusions may apply.

During your stay you may be required to secure an initial deposit of up to $250 with the hotel for incidental charges incurred during the stay. The entirety of, or remaining balance of this deposit will be returned or released after check-out. Note that any unused credit card/debit card authorizations will typically be released within 5-14 business days, depending on your financial institution. Refunds of cash over $100 may be mailed by check within 14 days of departure. Policies vary by hotel; for details, please contact the hotel directly.
