Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the “Name Your Price” promotion (the “Promotion”) offered by Extended Stay America branded hotels (“ESA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting an offer, you (“Guest” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
 
1. Description.  The Promotion permits eligible guests to submit an offer specifying a proposed nightly room rate for a requested stay at the Hotel. 
 
The Promotion is discretionary, limited, and subject to availability. It is not an auction and does not obligate the Hotel to accept any offer.
 
2. Eligibility Requirements.  
a. Guest must be the legal age of majority in the jurisdiction of the hotel for which they submit an offer.
b. Promotion not available to current in-house guests.
c. Promotion not available to existing reservations.
d. Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions.
 
We reserve the right to deny participation to any person for lawful reasons, including prior policy violations. We reserve the right to set minimum offer amounts per hotel.
 
3. Offer Submission Terms.  By submitting an offer, you agree that:
a. The offered rate applies to the entire stay as shown in the initial reservation confirmation.
b. The offered rate is per room, per night, exclusive of taxes, mandatory fees, and non-mandatory fees.
c. All information submitted is accurate and complete.
d. Offers do not guarantee availability of any specific room type.
 
4. Acceptance.  An offer is not a reservation until expressly accepted in writing by us.  A confirmation email constitutes proof of acceptance.  We may rescind acceptance if: (i) fraud or misrepresentation is suspected, (ii) a material system error occurred, or (iii) you violate these Terms.
 
5. Reservation.  All other standard reservation terms and conditions (including cancellation policy) will apply to reservations booked pursuant to this Promotion.
