1. Book Direct
Find your original Extended Stay America reservation. Submissions are only accepted if booked through ESA.com, 800.804.3724, or at one of our properties.
2. Complete the Online Claim Form
Did you find a Better rate within 24 hours of booking for the same hotel, same dates and accommodations on another site? Check out our terms & conditions
before submitting a claim form. Claims must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
3. We'll Be In Touch
Within 48 hours we will let you know what your new rate is or if your claim does not meet the Best Rate Guarantee criteria.
