As we continue to navigate these challenging and unprecedented times, I want to provide an update on how Extended Stay America is adapting to meet your needs in a coronavirus (COVID-19) travel environment.

First, to those essential travelers providing critical services during this crisis, we say thank you. We are honored to serve you, as well as our other loyal guests who choose to make Extended Stay America your home away from home. We know how critical it is that you have a safe and comfortable place to stay. That’s why our hotel associates are working tirelessly to keep every one of our 600+ Extended Stay America hotels across the country open to serve you. To those who need to travel during this time: we’re here for you and our doors are open.

ENHANCING YOUR STAY

Your health, safety and comfort remain our top priority. As a guest of Extended Stay America, you can rest assured we’re going above and beyond to provide an experience that truly feels like home.

Here is an update on the enhanced services and amenities we’ve implemented to provide some much-needed comfort, confidence, and flexibility during these uncertain times.

  • Faster, free wi-fi: while our wi-fi has always been free, it’s now even faster. Whether you’re enjoying some much-needed face time with family, managing your inbox, or streaming your favorite show to relax at the end of a long day, we’ve increased our bandwidth to make it even easier for you.
  • Enhanced cleaning procedures: we closely follow the Center for Disease Control (CDC) prevention protocols to protect both our guests and associates. Public areas are being sanitized more frequently and our associates are taking additional measures to protect your well-being.
  • Flexible cancellation policy: As always, we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival, or the first night's stay (at quoted rate plus tax) will be charged as a No-Show Fee to the credit card holding the reservation. If you booked directly with us via our website or Call Center, please contact us at 855.717.7723 for assistance. If you booked via online travel agencies or other third parties, you should contact your booking provider directly.
