Is breakfast included at all Extended Stay America locations?
Breakfast offerings vary by brand and location. Most Extended Stay America hotels provide free breakfast options, which may include grab-and-go selections or other choices depending on the property.
How does billing work across our subs?
Direct billing under one account with a single consolidated invoice. Your account manager sets up the structure so trade partners can be carried on the same account or billed separately, with cost-code and PO fields on the invoice.
What happens when the schedule slips — or accelerates?
Extension policies are built for schedules that move. Additions and extensions run through your account manager rather than nightly availability at the front desk.
Can we release rooms mid-project?
Yes. Add rooms as you ramp and release them as you demobilize. Release terms are set in your account agreement before mobilization so there are no surprises at closeout.
Do you cover rural sites away from a metro?
