The New Way to Stay for Your Clients
When you book a client into any one of our almost 700 Extended Stay America hotels across the country, you can rest assured that you will have a satisfied customer. We are committed to providing guests with fresh, clean suites that make travel easier for them, whether they stay with us for a day, a week, a month or for an even longer stay.
Our guests come from a wide variety of industries and have diverse travel needs, and we work hard to give them a home away from home whatever their length of stay. Some are seasoned corporate travelers involved in long-term business or training travel. Other Extended Stay America guests are relocating to a new city. We also work closely with the government and military, and the technology, temporary medical, telecommunications and consulting industries. In addition, we welcome short-term guests who just want to explore the country. Our suites are perfectly suited for families, and kids always stay free.
All of our guests enjoy spacious suites with fully equipped kitchens, free Wi-Fi in every room, plenty of room for both work and leisure, new flat screen TVs with premium channels, and free grab-and-go breakfasts. Each hotel has an on-site laundry facility, and many have pools, hot tubs and fitness centers. Extended Stay America is pleased to provide travel agent commission payments through the Pegasus Commission Processing System. Travel agents can book our hotels via GDS (Global Distribution System) code EA. A travel agent commission of 10% is paid up to the first seven (7) nights of a stay when booked at a commissionable rate through GDS and our call center.
Commissions are payable when reservations are booked using a valid agency number and at a commissionable rate through the hotel website or directly with the property. Travel agents needing assistance with payments may call the Onyx Payment Help Desk at 1-800-422-1212.
Commission is paid within 30 days after the end of the month the room was used. If you have questions about a particular commission, please contact the General Manager at the hotel you booked. Commission inquiries must be received within 6 months of the guest's stay. Inquiries received after 6 months cannot be processed for payment.
